The quality of work done by women is better. They work because they "want to" whereas men work because they "have to"
No I haven't suddenly turned Pro-feminism . It so happened that this statement was made while i was having a conversation yesterday. The first sentence is not of much concern. Everyone sure has a view on it (however biased it may be). But consider the second sentence, "Want To Vs. Have To"
Factually incorrect, I would say. People love their work (male included) and want to work.
The Indian social structure seems to be the base for the remarks made. But sure there are people we come across everyday in our workplaces who seem to just fulfill a ritual. This attitude/mindset sure makes a difference in the output. Again i said people. That means both male and female workers. A social loafer has no gender. This creature is obnoxious in both forms. It's just that, the means employed becomes so much more visible when it is a female.
"NARI maya syam bhagwan nku aagochara charaa maanusya kiya."isn't it ???Don't think of it much...I bet you,you will be unsuccessful...;-))
ReplyDeletehey Sam, u said it ryt.."Nari maya"

U come out from a nari's womb, and u respect her cuz she s ur Mom.
u get a sis' u love her but once she s married u separate her from her own house, she s bound to accept sum strange family...
