GM diet : Day 1 - Survived

They say, there are 7 carinal sins and every person has them although in different measures. I seem to have the sin of gluttony in greatest measure :)

BUT, I survived Day 1. Here is what the diet plan prescribed
All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lost of watermelon and cantaloupe.
And the overall guideline said:
The secret of this program is that you should never hungry. If it is a vegetable
day, eat so much vegetables so that you are never hungry. If it is a fruits day, eat so
much fruits that you are never hungry. You may be bored of eating vegetables all day,but you should not be hungry.
And i followed it to each letter. By the end of the day, I was crying for something spicy..at least something salty. My roomates made it a point to order some chicken biryani and have it infront of me. But I succeeded in fending it off by consuming a 2kg watermelon before they could get the delivery from the hotel. Gluttony paid off :)

I was too full even to look at it but half an hour latter I was having dreams of Kababs and Biryani..

BTW here is what i had yesterday.. Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Plums, Strawberries, Melon and of course Mangos. But still i swear you get bored of fruits by the end of the day..

    Great old indian theory of KARMA..Each plate of chiken tikka biryani adds up negative Karma to your account and you are destined to pay it off by taking up the habits of lower forms of life and surviving on green vegetables and grass.. Thougts on day 2 of GM diet :)
