Orkutian choice of religion

My orkut profile had been showing "Spiritual but not religious" and I did not actually want to change that, but one click on the drop down box and I spent the next hour googling a lot of stuff. There is great range of choices that this site provides now. It's not just Agnostic or Atheist or some of the lesser known religions like Cao dai or Tenrikyo; there seems to be a lot of new terms that you need to know. Here are some that might interest you:

rastafarian: The Rastafari movement (also known as Rastafari, Rastafarianism or simply Rasta) is a monotheistic, Abrahamic, new religious movement[1] that accepts both Jesus Christ and Haile Selassie I, the former Emperor of Ethiopia, as incarnations of God, called Jah[2] or Jah Rastafari.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rastafari

neo-paganist: Neopaganism or Neo-Paganism is an umbrella term used to identify a wide variety of modern religious movements, and as such is sometimes considered a group of comparitive religions, particularly those influenced by historical pre-Christian European "pagan" religions.Neo-Pagan religious movements are extremely diverse, with beliefs that range widely from polytheism to animism, to pantheism and other paradigms. Many Neopagans practice a spirituality that is entirely modern in origin, while others attempt to accurately reconstruct or revive indigenous, ethnic religions as found in historical and folkloric sources.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neopaganism

Unitarian Universalist: Unitarian Universalism (UUism) is a theologically liberal religion characterized by its support for a "free and responsible search for truth and meaning." Unitarian Universalists do not share a creed; rather, they are unified by their shared search for spiritual growth. Unitarian Universalists draw on many different theological sources and have a wide range of beliefs and practices. Both Unitarianism and Universalism trace their origins to Christian Protestantism and thus Unitarian Universalism has its historical roots in the Christian faith.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unitarian_Universalism

Religious humanism: Religious humanism is an integration of religious rituals and/or beliefs with humanistic philosophy that centers on human needs, interests, and abilities.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_humanism

Scientologist: Scientology is a body of beliefs and related practices initially created by American science fiction author L. Ron Hubbard.[1][2][3] The major organization promoting Scientology is the Church of Scientology, a hierarchical organization founded by Hubbard, while independent groups using Hubbard's materials are collectively referred to as the Free Zone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientology
