Certainly was one of the best days since i can remember. My status lines at gmail told it all. It changed from "meetings suck" to " I love my job" to "its getting even better"
The day started quite normally with a process mapping session. But it got better from there. I got a call that made me remember my passion for BPM and there are chances of making a career there.
Next went out for a lunch into Forum mall. Its realy nice to be working in retail domain. Great sandwitch at Subway, chilled coke and lots of eye candy.
Then it got even better. Covered the Liquor section for process mapping. Lots of inside stuff. From statutory regulations to margins and strategies. I was really serious when i was saying i m loving it.
Last but not the least, just to prove that Lady Luck can be really generous there was more in store for me as I reached home. For the first time in my life, it seemed I had won a lottery. Some contest called at pulpy.in wher i had answered a bumbo question decided i deserve a prize. And an Ipod shuffle was waiting at my doorsteps when i returned home. Wanted to post the pictures but the transfer cable of my mob gave up.
NE way may be i should be a bit more reverential when i mention lady luck next time. I pray she sticks to me.
Well there was another first time for me today... but all that in different time n different place :)
