End of GM diet

So I survived 6days of GM diet. Here is what the net result looks like..

Net loss of weight: 6pounds.. or 2.5-3kgs

Biggest problem: Low energy levels all through the week.

Biggest challenge: Devilish friends going all out to provide you with temptations

Final Verdict: It's not worth the trouble..
Go for a crash course like this when you goof up with your planning..May be you suddenly realize 1 week before a big event, that you look too bulky...

For me it was a test of will power. I swear i would have better results with a slightly controlled diet (i mean u can't be having biryani and french fries every day) and a good hour at gym.

But my target was achieved. I got the headstart I required. Now I am back to jogging and gymming to finish this job off.

This diet gives results but Make up you own mind if it is worth it... assuming you dont have masochistic tendencies!!!

    i too had such sessions(unintentionally) when i survived on noodles for a month.
    End result was loss of calcium and had to take 8 injections and lots of tablets for recovery!

  6. I enjoyed reading your blogs. I am on the GM diet but I already cheated. I am willing to retry it again though.

    This diet is only for those who doesn't have to go to work though. I think I can do this if all I have to do is sit in front of the telly and munch on fruits and veggies.
