How many calories???

I had just picked up the second coke of the day.. (my preferred source of caffeine) when i wondered how much calories does it add.

I have realized that these kind of otherwise useless questions pop up in my mind when i re-start a fitness program.

Anyway, coming back to today... the label showed 140 calories.. And i said so what?? How many calories do i need anyway... And thus began the google trip.. till i landed up on this page

The concept did ring a bell in my mind... I had dismissed it as yet another funda from my friend Vasu.. But the fact that body when in shortage of food actually starts storing food .. yes starts converting food into fat.. may be true after all.

n i did find out that i need some 2623 calories .. Well how does it feel knowing it.. like I was being stingy for nothing :)
