Heard about this one from my OB (organisational behaviour) prof. for the first time. A couple of years latter, when I received a forward from an old friend, decided to put it up here. Go through(plz wait for the slideshow to load) and you will realize how true it is. And why we should always understand what we are doing and the reason behind it.
Know the rules...Understand them and you can use them..
