Mind tickling ?????

Its always a pleasue to interact with someone who tickles some of your grey cells and leaves them behind in a state of heightened energy.

So it is a great idea to do so. Just reminded me of something from "Zahir" (Paulo Coelho). There is a group the protagonist comes across where all are strangers and are talking freely to each other not a bit interested about whom they are talking to. There is some funda the author gives on the therapeutic effect such conversations have but consider this. How many times have you to talked to complete strangers and have been left behind with a new prespective on something ( and i am cutting out work/profession related stuff. Well I can remember a few. Most it seems, were courtsey the Great Indian Railways. Cant forget the lady describing Sai baba's greatness with tears in her eyes or someone who suggested me to go for a book called Creative Visualizations. Then ofcourse there have been brushes with people returning from work at Bombay, Delhi etc. with eyes full of hope to meet their folks in their villages. Most of them semi-skilled workers, not very educated but self made people with wonderful stories to tell. Most of them have left me feeling previeledged, and left with a feeling of how insulated we have been to life's problems. Well i guess moving into the Flight class has bereft me of any such experiences in the past couple of years.

Well that is one way. Then ofcourse there have been some of my favourite authors... U end the book with your mind open to so many new ideas and possibilities of seeing things.

Then there are passing conversations overheard and in an attempt to make sense of it, the mind excites itself to new levels. U forget what started it and just enjoy some new idea that has just formed in your mind.

Hell i had started this post as a chain reaction to someone's comment on whom to have coffee with if given a choice. I never seem to have thought of deciding my mind on possible candidates. AnywaysI seem to be going tangent on it. May be the choice and its analysis on some other day but perhaps what i am clear about is that he/she should be mind tickling stuff..

Hope this starts of some chain reaction in some of the readers at least.
