The Boredom/Idiocy Matrix TM

I claim to have developed this matrix during a boring session that amazed us by the level of idiocy that can be reached. So with a few inputs from my collegue sitting beside me (another consultant bitten by the 2by2 matrix bug) this matrix came out.



There are two postulates:
(1) At a certain level of idiocy there is no limit to the levels of excitement you can generate for people around you.
The second postulate was added after a bit of soul searching. It says:
(2) Postulate 1 can be very well applied to the kind of work we are sometimes asked to do.

Every such postulate/hypothesis you might say needs to be proved. Ok then Go ahead.
step 1: Pick out a subject(a proven idiot would be perfect) from around you.
step 2: Map him/her onto the relevant quadrant on the matrix provided by me.
step 3: Watch him/her excel in his idiocy while you rate my postulates.
