Does Power-posing work?

I was watching this talk by Amy Cuddy from TED (Amy Cuddy: Your body language shapes who you are). Here is the crux of the talk in a few lines.

Our body language is normally a reflection of how we are feeling. Amy and her team of researchers carried out studies to figure out if it works the other way round. In her words,
"Our non-verbals govern how we think and feel about ourselves. Our bodies change our minds"
So she suggests "Fake it, till you make it". Taking up a few power poses can affect how you feel and behave.

But as a bunch of people who facilitate often, have any of you tried PowerPosing just before a session. OR using a typical Power stance to rein-in a conversation. Do you see people in your team take up power poses during a conversation with predictable results?
